Or maybe you know that both Ashton Kutcher and Vin Diesel have twin brothers (identical and fraternal, respectively). But we’re betting you never knew these 10 famous twins had siblings born the same day! How many did you already know on this list? Keep reading…

10 Celebrities With Twins That Avoid Fame’s Spotlight

1. Jerry Hall, supermodel and actress

Leggy Texan model Jerry Hall is mostly famous for her 22-year relationship with musician Mick Jagger. But while many people recognize Hall for her countless magazine covers and theatrical roles, she also has a twin sister. Fraternal twins Jerry Faye and Terry Jaye Hall, born in 1956, also have three older sisters. Terry’s stayed out of the spotlight, working primarily in real estate after beating breast cancer in 2003.

2. Billy Dee Williams, actor, painter and singer

We all know Williams for his legendary turn as Lando Calrissian in the Star Wars film franchise. But this 82-year-old Harlem native is also a prolific painter, occasional jazz or swing vocalist… and a fraternal twin! Twins William December and Loretta Williams were born on April 6, 1937 in New York City, NY. Both children were raised to appreciate all performing arts, including Broadway plays, operas as well as painting. In fact, Williams made his Broadway acting debut at age 7 before turning his focus towards painting full-time. After winning a Hallgarten Prize in the mid-1950s, Williams turned back once more to acting in 1959. After his 1971 Emmy-nominated role in Brian’s Song, Williams became a Hollywood star. Little’s known about his twin sister, Loretta, except that she was a practicing Jehovah’s Witness living in Los Angeles, CA.

3. Gabrielle Carteris, actress, trade union leader and SAG-AFTRA president

If you grew up in the 1990s, you probably remember Gabrielle Carteris for playing Andrea Zuckerman. At 29, Carteris was the oldest actress cast in a recurring teen role on Beverly Hills, 90210. However, most people don’t realize Carteris has a twin brother. Fraternal twins Gabrielle and James Carteris were born on April 9, 2016 in Scottsdale, AZ. Twin brother James lives in California and works as a children’s clothing designer.

You almost certainly recognize Rossellini as the face of Lancôme cosmetics from 1982 to 1996. Or maybe you remember her in Hollywood films such as Blue Velvet and Death Becomes Her. But this Rome-born daughter of Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman and Italian director Roberto Rossellini is one of two fraternal twins! Her twin sister, Isotta, is an Italian literature professor who’s taught at NYU, Princeton, Columbia and Harvard universities. Despite her active academic career, Isotta (who now goes by Ingrid Bergman-Rossellini) stays close with her twin, Isabella. The twins lived near each other for many years while based in New York City, NY and Rome, Italy. Today, Isabella’s twin is a published author who delivers regular academic lectures on topics such as Petrarch and Italian neorealism.

Rami Malek’s 2019 Oscar for Bohemian Rhapsody wasn’t surprising, especially if you’re a fan of his TV show, Mr. Robot. But one thing you might now know about this Egyptian-American actor is he has an identical twin brother named Sami. Celebs with little-known identical twins are actually fairly rare, it seems! The twins admit to swapping places sometimes, such as when Sami needed to pass a test in college. Sami avoids the Hollywood spotlight and works as a teacher instead.

7. Joseph Fiennes, actor

You probably know Joseph for his first big role in the movie Shakespeare in Love. Or the fact that he’s fellow actor Ralph’s younger brother. While brother Joe works on high-profile entertainment projects (like acclaimed Hulu series, The Handmaid’s Tale). Jake prefers spending most days outdoors in the English countryside. He and his family live in a 100-year-old cottage on an estate once owned by Sir Nicholas Bacon.

Both Patricia and Gisele (along with their younger sister, Gabriela) took modeling classes in 1993, along with ballet and gymnastics. Despite the girls’ efforts, modeling agencies only had eyes for Gisele. Regardless, the twins remain close today. Patricia often works as Gisele’s manager and spokesperson. While Gisele’s moved on to acting and supports a variety of charitable causes, shy twin Patricia stays off social media.

9. Logan Marshall-Green, actor, screenwriter and director

Upgrade star Logan and his brother, Taylor, are our second set of identical twins. However, the Prometheus actor’s moved onto screenwriting and directing for his newest film project, Adopt a Highway. Based on Taylor’s Instagram feed, he recently got married — so congrats! Alas, we can confirm that fellow lookalike actor Tom Hardy is not, in fact, one of these identical twins. Joy shares her famous sister’s work ethic, but doesn’t care about fame. Along with her husband, Niccolò, Joy manages Le Crocine winery in Tuscany, Italy. In 2018, the couple released a vintage named after Joy’s famous twin sister, Le Crocine Cuvée Eva. They also breed horses, dividing their time between homes in Italy and France.
